Welcome to the QR Attendance Scanner documentation! This guide will help you understand how to use our platform for your event check-ins.
QR Attendance Scanner is a professional attendance QR scanner web app. It helps organizers create events, manage participants, use a QR Pass scanner for check-in, and generate attendance reports with the built-in QR scanner report generator.

QR Attendance Scanner is designed so anyone on your team can run an attendance QR scanner without training.
- Create your event: Create your event and add participants for the QR Pass scanner.
- Share passes: Share or print QR passes for each attendee to scan.
- Scan at entry: Use the attendance QR scanner at the door to check people in.
Do I need an account?
No! The current guest workflow uses a generated session ID stored in the browser. That lets visitors create and manage event records for the current guest session without a full account system.
